ABOUT US
who we are
We are Phillip and Charlotte Shively, a married couple for over 30 years, living in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. Phillip began his law enforcement career in 2015, and in 2017, Charlotte became an EMT.
We enjoy focusing on people and promoting personal excellence as a way of life. Throughout our decades-long careers, we have gained valuable cross-cultural experience from years spent teaching overseas and honed our relationship building skills. We continue to be drawn to education, and we hope to use that passion to make a powerful impact in our community through ECHO Training League.

WHAT WE DO
Through ECHO Training League, we lead people to understand the importance of morality, responsibility, and personal excellence as the foundation for further training in situational awareness, firearms tactics, and tactical medicine.
